Ingredients


100 grams of tripe
100 grams of cow intestines
100 grams of cow heart
100 grams of cow lungs
Spicy bean paste sauce
Ginger
Peppercorns
Beef broth
Onion
Chili powder
Pepper
Salt
Parsley
Vegetable oil

Directions

Wash the tripe, intestines, heart, lungs. After having boiled all these together in water, remove water and let them cool down. Dice the tripe, cut intestines into pieces, slice the heart and lungs. Put vegetable oil into wok. When it is 40% hot, add the hot bean paste sauce, ginger, peppercorns and sauté, stirring them together. Add beef broth, tripe, intestines, heart, lung, onion, chili powder, pepper, salt. Boil at high temperature. Put all ingredients from the wok into a casserole, cover it and continue cooking until tender. Sprinkle the soup with parsley before serving it.
